Victory After Climbing Mt.Snow!

3. I believe the title on this image helps the audience understand what the picture is to convey.  It allows the audience to see the importance of the tree line and the ski lift that they three people are sitting on. Relating back to the need for older women involvement with girls, it offers ideas on events to build character and relationships. Without more details the audience would understand that the reason they are smiling is because the three people have victory over climbing Mt. Snow.  It would also convey the interaction between the three people to accomplish the task.
1. I believe the primary audience is to women and girls. The secondary audience would be to anyone who views this image.
This image is to encourage interaction between the ages.  Girls need mentors and older women who love and direct them in life.
2, Changing this picture to black and white or color would not change the perception of this picture. If anything it may convey a more serious message of the need for involvement.  This picture shows the girls leaning into the older person and smiling at the person taking the picture.  Everyone seems relaxed, so the color change would only have minimal affect.

The first picture that I chose was pushing the button.  Many times patients feel that our job is easy, you just push a button.  The next picture was with a group of people working together.  My mom feels that I go to work and work with other peers within the hospital.  My grand kids know that I take pictures of people.  But, in their minds it is more comical.  The duck was a good way to portray what was in their minds.  The next picture is one with a person putting their feet on the desk.  This is one of my boss’ pet peeve.  He would certainly hope that I was not doing this.  My children have heard the funny stories that occur within the department.  They are the funny relationships that I have with co-workers.  This is the fun aspect of work during slower times.  The next picture is a person taking x-rays.  Because I supervise this is only a portion of what I do while at work. The next picture is how I really feel, that my world is flipped upside down and somewhat too busy.  The next picture is someone telling others what to do and being involved.  I am very involved and assure that the department runs smoothly.  The last picture is what the employees feel I do.  Being in college has consumed much of my life and I always have a book with me.

What I learned about myself is that many people can think many things about me, but it is most important what I think about myself.
